In line with its future strategic plans to expand and provide the best levels of service to its customers, National Bank of Umm Al Qaiwain (NBQ) announced the opening of its service kiosk at Sharjah Mega Mall, one of the leading shopping malls of the Northern Emirates. The new kiosk was inaugurated by Mr. Ahmed Al Midfa, Head of Sharjah Chamber of Trade and Industry in the presence of Shaikh Nasser Bin Rashid Al Moalla, MD and CEO of NBQ. The new service aims at enlightening the public about the banking services provided by the bank, and also to attract more customers who are seeking for better banking services.
The new kiosk in Mega Mall is the first Kiosk in the series of the kiosks that the bank is planning to launch throughout the UAE, aiming at promoting the different services provided by NBQ. The kiosk has a modern design and comes with the corporate colors blue and red that represents the newly launched corporate identity.
Shaikh Nasser Bin Rashid Al Moalla, MD and CEO of NBQ, said, "Our continuous efforts towards providing the best banking services was our main motive to adapt three years business plan aiming at doubling the bank's branches and opening new banking services units, which will strengthen the bank's position in both retail and corporate banking."
